Our combined shipping is low, since we pass on our discounted savings to you.

Please allow a minimum of 3 days for us to prepare your order for shipping. This time is used to dry out cuttings/roots and for us to make a custom box specially for your order. Sometimes a second cut is needed which requires more time. We try our best to send your order out ASAP.

Yes, a custom box. We use recycled and repurposed boxes for your orders. We will spending a little more time making you a custom box, so there is minimal movement during shipping and less waisted packaging going to the landfills. There is this high end bakery close by that throws away piles of clean boxes. Worked out a deal with the owner to pick them up on their delivery days. They don’t have to go dump and waiste the boxes, while we are in constant need of them...win, win for both parties. So maybe you could say you are doing your part to save the world, simply by shopping with us. Plus we couldn’t pass on our discounted shipping prices if the box isn’t the smallest possible. Sometimes cost is more, but we will take the hit for team 3ko!
